“Hi I’m Beth, a stylist at The Birdcage Hair Salon. Having worked at the salon since I was 15 years old, I have enjoyed building a great repour with all our guests also welcoming any new clients into our lovely salon.

I started my career at The Birdcage Hair Salon as a Saturday assistant, then I went onto my apprenticeship when I left school. Throughout the years I have been able to keep up to date with all the latest trends. I enjoy furthering my training and knowledge with various courses throughout my career so far, including colour programmes and becoming a KMS brand Ambassador in 2023.

Something that I have discovered that I am most passionate about is finding a look that suits my guest, either with a subtle change or complete re-vamp and going through this discovery with them. This could be a beautiful colour melt, balayage or change in hairstyle.

My top tip : For dressed out beach waves use a light hold spray on your curls like “kms playable texture” before combing them out.
