Coming to The Birdcage Hair Salon is not just a hair appointment. Our testament to you is to ensure that your time with us is a unique and enjoyable experience, giving you time for you. From the moment you step into our salon, you’ll be sure to receive 5 star treatment and be able to soak up that boutique salon atmosphere. Whether you are seeking somewhere to sit, relax and unwind or to come in and see a friendly face to catch up with and enjoy either one of our barrista style coffees or perhaps something else off of our extensive salon drinks menu.

Since opening the doors to the Birdcage Hair Salon in 2013, we have established our place within Burton Latimer, Kettering, creating a popular salon that moves with the times and trends and also a great social hub within its ever evolving community. With the town of Burton Latimer, Kettering, and surrounding area continuously expanding, we are always seeing new as well as old faces coming through our doors, making it a great place for local people to connect.

Working very closely with our colour house Goldwell enables us to ensure all our staff receive regular training and education. Therefore, we can promise the latest colouring and styling techniques for each individuals’ wants and needs from our team of specialist trained stylists.

  Chyna, as always, has done an excellent hair cut and style for me today.  She listens to exactly what you want, asks questions to clarify whilst offering her suggestions for how to make it work for you.  She is so friendly and approachable, but above all talented.   My first time at The Birdcage, the salon is modern, fresh and inviting. All the staff are welcoming and friendly.
Exceptional customer service from all staff members, from my first consultation, to the day of my booking, getting my hair coloured.
The hair wash alone was so relaxing, amazing head massage by the lovely Chloe, a selection of refreshments on tap.
Nothing is too much for this salon, it's all about making you feel good, being happy and confident about your look.

  A wonderful local salon- I'll be back!

Caitlin was fantastic throughout my whole appointment. She gave me really thoughtful, tailored recommendations during my consultation and has done a wonderful job with my haircut( genuinely one of the best salon experiences I've had).

The whole experience felt really relaxed and considered, from making sure I was comfortable with the temperature to complimentary drinks throughout, and the head massage was lovely! I felt really well looked after from start to finish.

I'm so pleased with my hair and already looking forward to my next appointment!
