-Do you have a CovID-19 Salon Policy?
We kindly ask all clients:
- To wash/sanitise hands upon your arrival into the salon.
- Do not wear gloves in the salon.
- Respect the 1-meter distance between yourself and other clients.
- If you or anyone in your household have any symptoms that you call, and we will reschedule your appointment. (No cancellation charges will be made)
- Call to book your appointments. (A non-refundable deposit will be required)
- Arrive on time and alone to your appointment.
- We’re operating a close door policy, please wait outside until you’re invited in.

-How far in advanced do I need to book an appointment?
Our most popular times in the salon are Thursday, Friday evening and Saturdays. We do recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance for a colour service, to guarantee your desired appointment. Pre booking your next appointment when leaving the salon is also recommended.
-Do I need a skin test?
Yes. A skin test is mandatory if you are having any colour service with us for the first time, even if you’ve had a skin test previously. We cannot overstate the importance of skin testing for your wellbeing and safety.
-What is short notice for a cancellation?
We politely ask for at least 48 hours notice if cancelling an appointment. This allows us time to allocate the slot to another guest.
-Do I need to have a consultation before a colour service?
We offer a complementary 15 minute time for you consultation which gives you, and your stylist a chance to decide on a style suited to you. It also allows you to get to know your stylist and allows you the opportunity to ask any questions prior to your appointment.
-What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If you’re late, we will do our best to carry out your service but may need to alter or shorten the appointment so not to affect other guests for the rest of the day.
-Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we do require a minimum deposit of 50% which will be non-refundable during CovID-19.
-Why do I need aftercare products?
Many high street products are not effective to care for your hair as professional products do. We can ensure you are leaving with the best products for you, that will prolong colour, and maintain condition of your hair. After all, you’ve invested time and money into your hair at the salon, why not continue this at home?
-Can I bring my child with me when having my hair coloured?
We welcome children to the salon, but understand their attention span is only so long. We also want you and other guests to enjoy your experience with us, so if possible we would ask that your child is accompanied by another adult.
-Do you do a discounted rate for senior citizens and students?
We offer 20% discount on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for senior citizens, and 10% weekdays for students. Students please bring your NUS card.
