A wonderful local salon- I'll be back! Caitlin was fantastic throughout my whole appointment. She gave me really thoughtful, tailored recommendations during my consultation and has done a wonderful job with my haircut( genuinely one of the best salon experiences I've had). The whole experience felt really relaxed and considered, from making sure I was comfortable with the temperature to complimentary drinks throughout, and the head massage was lovely! Best experience I've ever had in a salon, hands down. Greeted and offered a drink upon arrival, met my stylist and she took the time to talk through my desires for my hair, empathetically explained what I can do to get there, nice relaxing head massage during washing and I love the cut she gave me and then she even managed to book me in for a colour I wanted but didn't think I could have (hypoallergenic dye by Golwell!) This was my first visit in a while however, I was made to feel very welcome. Jay listened to me and my ideas for my hair whilst adding a few of her own. Very happy with the results and booked for a return visit. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff
